Campion Lawn Tennis Club is a community tennis club based in Crosby, North Liverpool, with over 250 members. Named after Thomas Spread Campion, an Irish tennis player and physician who competed at Wimbledon in the 1880s, the club provides a range of coaching, social and competitive opportunities for players of all ages and abilities.
The club features 7 well-maintained artificial grass courts, with 5 offering floodlit night play. A newly refurbished clubhouse provides high-quality on- and off-court facilities. Coaching is led by Ben Saunders, an LTA Accredited Level 5 Coach and Tutor, with programmes for juniors through adults. The club hosts weekly mix-in nights, an annual summer tournament, competitive and social team opportunities, and a calendar of social events including Friday evening barbecues and themed parties. A large car park is available, accessed via a private road between Dowhills Road.
