With over 100 years of tennis tradition, Tennisklub Grün-Weiss Mannheim is one of Germany’s most successful clubs. The club has around 900 members and fields 36 teams, including 11 youth teams, competing at the highest levels, with multiple national championships to its name.
The club’s facilities cover 50,000 m² along the Neckarplatt, featuring 18 outdoor and 3 indoor courts, a small court, a club house with terrace, a large swimming pool, a children’s pool, playground, football pitch, and since 2021, two beach tennis courts.
The Marzenell & Steinbrenner Tennis School provides professional coaching for all levels, from beginners to competitive players. Emphasizing modern teaching methods and individual development, the academy offers group and private lessons, holiday camps, and performance-oriented programs for juniors and adults.
The club is also home to top-level tennis in the Bundesliga, guided by experienced coaches Gerald Marzenell and Daniel Steinbrenner.
