About Us
MTA Tennis Academy in Dorsten is a high-performance training center offering professional programs for motivated players aged 12-18. In partnership with the Alexander Ostrovsky Academy, MTA provides a structured weekly schedule combining tennis, fitness, match play, and individualized coaching, along with support at national and international tournaments.
The academy also focuses on recovery and overall wellbeing through balanced meals, professional sports nutrition, physiotherapy, and medical checkups. Mental preparation is part of the training philosophy, helping players manage pressure, build confidence, and improve match resilience.
