Both plans include all features: bookings, member management, tournaments, invoices, and more. The only difference is that the Free plan supports up to 30 players, while the Pro plan offers unlimited members.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your management plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we will prorate the difference.
Yes. Tennivo never charges players for court bookings. Clubs may set their own court fees, but our platform is always free for trusted players to book.
Clubs can accept payments for court bookings via Stripe. On the Free plan, Tennivo charges a 9% platform fee per transaction. On Pro, the fee is 3% - charged at cost to cover Stripe processing. Clubs receive the remaining amount directly in their bank account. Players are never charged extra by Tennivo.
