Tennis Innovators Academy (TIA) is a premier tennis training center located in New Rochelle and White Plains, New York, recognized for developing high-performance junior athletes competing at USTA, ITF, and collegiate levels. Designed for dedicated players striving for NCAA, NAIA, or professional tennis careers, TIA’s High Performance Academy combines world-class coaching, advanced technical instruction, and comprehensive athletic development to prepare athletes for elite competition.
The program is directed by Aljosa Piric, former Bosnian Davis Cup captain and NCAA Division I coach at the University of Miami, Old Dominion University, and Georgia Tech. With his international experience and proven coaching success, Piric leads a team of expert coaches focused on performance refinement, tactical mastery, and mental strength.
Participation in the High Performance Academy is by invitation only, based on skill level, commitment, and evaluation by the Director of Tennis. Each player receives individualized attention through technical team sessions, progress assessments, match play analysis, fitness and recovery programs, and personalized tournament travel planning.
Beyond on-court excellence, TIA offers a College Recruiting Service through Athlete Solutions, guiding players and families through the collegiate pathway and providing exclusive support for scholarship opportunities. Student-athletes seeking flexible academic options can also join TIA’s Homeschool Program, which integrates academic balance with intensive tennis training for full-time development.
