TopShotTennis has served the Hendon community since 2015, offering tennis coaching for both children and adults. Based at Middlesex University in north-west London, the club operates from a premier facility featuring three floodlit carpet courts with permanent night lighting, enabling year-round play. All coaches are passionate about the sport - founder Coach Jonty transitioned from a career in software sales to dedicate himself to tennis instruction and community development.
The club provides flexible coaching options tailored to different needs. Beyond facility-based lessons at Middlesex University, TopShotTennis offers home coaching services where instructors visit your private court or, if you lack one, set up portable nets on suitable hard-standing areas. Individual and group sessions are available at peak and off-peak rates. The facility includes specialist court video equipment and ball machines for technique analysis and practice, allowing students to develop skills with professional monitoring.
Coaching emphasises both physical development and character building. Children benefit from improved focus, resilience, fair play and teamwork, while players of all ages experience the broader health benefits tennis offers - comprehensive fitness, muscle engagement and calorie burning in a social environment. The club maintains transparent pricing and a fair cancellation policy, requiring 48 hours' notice to avoid charges.
